Next Generation Award

The Next Generation Award was created by the NextGen Committee and is designed to recognize outstanding professionals who make significant contributions to their company’s success.  This award is presented to any professional in a firm, including engineers, planners, environmentalists, communication and marketing specialists, IT, HR Professionals, administrators, and project managers.  Those chosen for this prestigious award have less than ten years of experience, have become key players within their firms, and hold the promise of future leadership in the Virginia engineering profession.

Nominations open in November, and voting from the NextGen Committee commences in early December.  The NextGen Award winner(s) will be announced and presented on stage at the Engineering Excellence Awards.
