    Draper Aden Associates (“DAA”) announced tha Walt Ingram, LS was promoted to Division Manager of the Surveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering Division and Lee White, LS to Principal-in-Charge of Marketing and Business Development. Both are recognized leaders in the engineering and surveying fields and have over 50 years of combined expertise working on notable projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic.   

    Ingram has over 28 years of experience in surveying experience that includes construction stake-out, geodetic control surveying, boundary and topographic surveying, “as-built” surveys for the United States Army Corps of Engineers, as well as utility locations and wetlands delineation. He has worked on numerous high-profile projects including the Greater Richmond Convention Center, Richmond, Va., the Hunting Run Reservoir in Spotsylvania County, Va., Powhatan High School in Powhatan, Va., and the Bank of America White Oak Data Center in Henrico, Va. Mr. Ingram is a member of the Richmond Area Municipal Contractors Association, the Hampton Roads Utility and Heavy Contractors Association, the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, and Associated Builders and Contractors. In addition to his position as Surveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering Division Manager, Ingram will continue as the firm’s Eastern Regional Manager and Richmond Team Leader.  

    White has over 36 years of experience in surveying and subsurface utility engineering. Among his most notable projects include the Richmond Flood Wall, the Richmond Canal Walk Restoration, the Virginia Commonwealth University Health Critical Care Hospital expansion, and the MeadWestVaco Corporation headquarters, all in Richmond, Va. Mr. White is Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Hampton Roads Utility and Heavy Contractors Association, a member for the Executive Group of the Associated Builders and Contractors, and former Board member of the Richmond Area Municipal Construction Association. He is currently a Vice President with DAA and sits on its Board of Directors. In his expanded leadership position as Principal-in-Charge of Marketing and Business Development, White’s primary focus will be to extend the firm’s tremendous growth in recent years.
