Dewberry Announcements
Dewberry promoted Dave Maune, Ph.D., PSM, PS, GS, CP, CFM, to Associate Vice President. He is a photogrammetrist with Dewberry's geospatial group and a recognized authority in the fields of geodesy, photogrammetry, lidar, and IFSAR. Last year, he was appointed to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Hydrographic Services Review Panel to help improve navigation and coastal resilience services and products. After 30 years of service in the U.S. Army, he now manages Dewberry’s major mapping programs for NOAA, the U.S. Geological Survey, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and state, county, city, and private clients. He is currently working on mapping the state of Alaska, which has never previously been mapped to National Map Accuracy Standards at any scale.
The firm also promoted Brian Hollinger, PE, to Associate Vice President of the firm’s Gainesville, Virginia, office. Hollinger has more than 25 years of progressive construction and engineering experience related to the concrete, civil, and heavy highway industries. As the manager of construction services in the mid-Atlantic region, he is responsible for overseeing Dewberry’s construction engineering professionals and inspection staff assigned to a wide range of projects, including complex transportation and infrastructure design-bid-build and design-build projects in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
