    Event Description:

    Participants will focus their learning around the role climate plays in employee engagement, and the principals of high-performing teams. The day will start with an assessment of leadership actions that drive organizational climate, trust and employee engagement, and specific ways participants can strengthen their approach to the people they lead. In the afternoon, the group will explore the eight approaches of high-performing teams – vision, accountability, agility, collaboration, relationships, trust, process and measurement. 

    Presenter Information:
    John Sarvay is the founder of and Principal Consultant of Floricane, a leadership and strategic planning consulting firm. He has more than two decades of experience in leadership and team development, facilitation and strategic planning and communications. 

    Kathy Greenier is a recovering J.D. and has been a teacher, lobbyist, community organizer, project manager, policy analyst, and communications specialist, to name a few. Kathy is Floricane’s personal and team effectiveness consultant.
