ACEC Virginia's Next Generation is a group of the industry's next generation leaders who want to gain additional opportunities to develop their leadership skills. The group holds monthly programs the second Tuesday of every month, alternating between:
- Lunchtime presentations with guest speakers via webinar. These informal sessions are designed to provide information on topics of interest! Industry leaders and other experts present topics that include balancing personal health, nutrition and fitness with your workload, financial planning, workplace etiquette, communication and business development and networking. Attendance with WebEx is easy. Presentations can be viewed from your desktop or as a group in your company's conference room.
- Regional restaurant lunches to meet and socialize with industry peers. Join other young professionals to network and discuss how they are handling the same challenges you are encountering at this stage of your career.
