    AMT announced Thomas Druhot joined the firm as an Associate. Druhot brings 31 years of experience including 21 years of consulting engineering and ten years with the Virginia Department of Transportation. He will work regionally and assist with expanding AMT’s DOT and local government municipal, construction management and design practices.

    Firm Principal Murphy Tuomey noted, “AMT is delighted to have Tom join the firm. His academic, industry and project experience is very impressive. He will certainly be a strong addition to all of our practice areas in the Mid Atlantic.” She continued, “His private and public sector experience will be of great value to our clients and teaming partners.”

    Paul W. Shope, Jr., AIA, LEED BD+C was promoted to Associate with Austin Brockenbrough & Associates. Paul has over 19 years of experience in architectural design, production of construction documents, and project management. His experience includes new construction, additions, renovations, space planning, and repair and renovation of historic structures. 

  • Wiley | Wilson

    Wiley | Wilson announced the elections of Dennis Knight and Steve Bowman to the firm’s Board of Directors. Knight has has been with the firm for 18+ years, where he has served as Office-In-Charge, Project Manager, and Lead Engineer.  Bowman has been with Wiley|Wilson for 17 years, has prior electric utility experience and has helped the firm expand in the power systems engineering market sector. 

    The firm also announced the promotion of Chris Garner to Vice President. Garner joined the team at Wiley |Wilson 20 years ago and has experience with site development, storm sewer design, utility design and stormwater management.
