  • A. Morton Thomas and Associates

  • An existing one-lane, low-water bridge across Shenandoah River in Warren County, Virginia was frequently flooded leaving local traffic only one alternate route, a gravel road adding a half hour drive. A. Morton Thomas and Associates (AMT) performed construction engineering and inspection services to the project. The combined efforts of AMT and VDOT resulted in a bridge that not only meets the needs of the public but eliminates safety hazards and increases utilization after weather events.
